We’re seeking a dynamic and technically astute Product Owner to lead the strategic direction of our cutting-edge Internal AI team. You’ll bridge business objectives and deep technical capabilities—driving the end-to-end development of autonomous Agentic AI solutions, from raw data lakes through production-grade agents and observability. You’ll collaborate with data scientists, engineers, DevOps, security, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative, customer-focused products that unlock measurable value.

• Translate Technical Complexity into Business Value
        Partner with dev teams to implement scalable microservices, API, and event-handlers that feed into agent workflows.
• Backlog Management & Agile Delivery
         Break down complex technical initiatives into epics, capabilities, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
         Prioritize features, technical debt, and experiments to maximize ROI and minimize risk—driving 2-week sprint cadences.
         Facilitate sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.
• Cross-Functional Leadership & Communication
         Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders, providing transparent progress updates and soliciting feedback.
          Translate architectural trade-offs, technical risks, and performance insights into clear business narratives.
• Continuous Market & Tech Scanning
           Stay abreast of new AI frameworks

           Breakthroughs, and orchestration tools, assessing fit for our platform.
           Pilot emerging technologies to keep our stack at the forefront of Agentic AI.

Experience: 4+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager on AI/ML platforms; 2+ years driving Agentic AI or autonomous-agent implementations.
Technical Expertise: familiarity with:
o Data Lakes & Vector Search: Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, Pinecone, Qdrant
o MLOps & RAG: SageMaker, Redis, custom CI/CD for model training and deployment
o LLM Ecosystems: open weights & APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, Hugging Face)
o Agent Frameworks & Cloud AI Services: LangChain, Strands Agents, crewAI; AWS Bedrock/AutoGen, Azure AI Foundry, Google Vertex AI
o API Management & Event-Driven Integration: Apigee, Amazon EventBridge
o Low-Code/No-Code Workflow Tooling: Flowise, n8n, Node-RED, Camel K
o Observability & Security: logging frameworks, RBAC, PII redaction, model guardrails, audit trails
• Agile Excellence: proven track record running Scrum/Kanban teams, grooming backlogs, writing strong user stories, and shipping every sprint.
• Communication & Leadership: ability to distill complex technical concepts for diverse audiences—engineers to executives.
• Data-Driven Mindset: adept at defining KPIs, analyzing metrics, and making roadmap decisions based on real data.
