B.Tech / M.Tech / MS / Dual Degree in CS, ECE, DS/AI, Math & Computing or related

Institutions

IIT, NIT, IIIT, BITS or equivalent tier-1 engineering college

Experience

0–2 years (internships, open-source, and personal projects valued equally)

 

What You Will Build:

  • LLM-powered AI agents and RAG-based features (Python/FastAPI + ReactJS) deployed as microservices
  • Multi-agent systems — researcher, executor, validator patterns — orchestrated via LangGraph or CrewAI
  • OAuth-based connectors to ERP, CRM, and supplier systems via REST APIs and MCP (Model Context Protocol)
  • Human-in-the-loop (HITL) workflows that route edge cases for human review while agents handle routine tasks
  • Containerized services on GCP (GKE, Cloud Run, Vertex AI, Pub/Sub, Firestore)

 

Position Requirements

Must Have Technical Skills:

Backend

Python (FastAPI preferred); shipped at least one production or intern-grade service

Frontend

ReactJS — able to build and ship UI components end-to-end

AI / Agents

Hands-on with LangGraph or CrewAI; built and tested a multi-agent workflow

RAG & Vector DBs

Pinecone, Vertex AI Vector Search or equivalent; hybrid search + re-ranking patterns

Databases

PostgreSQL or MongoDB/Firestore/DynamoDB; Redis; basic Kafka or Pub/Sub exposure

Cloud / Infra

Docker + Kubernetes; GCP (GKE, Cloud Run, Vertex AI, Firestore, Pub/Sub) or Azure equivalent

Security

OAuth 2.0 / JWT — understanding of auth flows for third-party integrations

 

Strong Plus

  • Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) for standardized agent-to-tool integrations.
  • Exposure to HITL patterns — approval gates, edge case escalation, and sparse human supervision within agent workflows.
  • Exposure to LLM evaluation frameworks (RAGAS, DeepEval, LangSmith, Phoenix) and agent observability tooling.
  • Experience with a managed LLM service such as Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, or Azure OpenAI.

Public open-source contributions or shipped side projects — strong signal of self-motivated learning.
