Role Summary
The Web Manager will own the day-to-day management, health, maintenance, and governance of our global web properties. This person will be responsible for ensuring the website is accurate, functional, optimized, secure, and consistently maintained across all regions, pages, campaigns, and business units.


This role will manage the website upload and publishing process, oversee content updates, maintain site performance, support landing page launches, troubleshoot issues, and partner closely with demand generation, SEO, product marketing, regional marketing, design, and external development partners.


The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, technically capable, and comfortable operating at the center of a fast-moving global marketing organization.

 

Principal Responsibilities

Website Management & Governance

  • Manage all company web properties, ensuring pages are accurate, up to date, functional, and aligned to brand and business priorities.
  • Own the web publishing process, including page creation, content uploads, edits, QA, approvals, and launch coordination.
  • Maintain website governance standards across page structure, navigation, tagging, forms, redirects, metadata, accessibility, and user experience.
  • Ensure consistency across global and regional pages, including localized content, campaign pages, product pages, event pages, and resource pages.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to prioritize web requests and manage the web update queue.


Website Health & Maintenance

  • Monitor site health, including broken links, page errors, form issues, redirects, page speed, accessibility, and mobile usability.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify outdated pages, technical issues, duplicate content, broken user journeys, and conversion friction.
  • Work with development, IT, security, and external agencies to resolve technical issues and maintain website stability.
  • Own routine website maintenance, including plugin/module updates, CMS hygiene, redirects, page cleanup, and archival processes.
  • Ensure website updates are tested across browsers, devices, and regions before launch.
    CMS & Web Operations
  • Serve as the primary administrator and operator of the CMS.
  • Build, update, and maintain landing pages, website pages, resource pages, campaign pages, and event pages.
  • Manage forms, thank-you pages, tracking parameters, embedded assets, CTAs, and conversion paths.
  • Maintain web documentation, templates, publishing standards, and QA checklists.
  • Support web personalization, testing, and conversion optimization initiatives as needed.             

    Campaign & Demand Generation Support
  • Partner with demand generation, SEO, paid media, lifecycle, product marketing, and regional marketing teams to launch campaign pages and web experiences.
  • Ensure landing pages are built according to campaign objectives, conversion best practices, tracking requirements, and brand standards.
  • Support A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and funnel improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing operations to ensure forms, routing, attribution, and tracking are functioning correctly.


  • Reporting & Optimization
  • Monitor website performance using tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, CMS analytics, Clarity, Matomo, or similar platforms.
  • Report on website health, page performance, conversion issues, traffic trends, and technical risks.
  • Recommend improvements to site structure, user journeys, page templates, and conversion paths.
  • Partner with SEO and analytics teams to identify and resolve technical issues impacting organic performance.

Position Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing corporate websites, preferably in B2B SaaS, technology, or enterprise software.
  • Hands-on CMS experience, ideally with WordPress, Drupal, HubSpot CMS, Adobe Experience Manager, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of web publishing workflows, QA processes, redirects, forms, landing pages, and website governance.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, CMS templates, page builders, and common web troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with GA4, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, heatmapping tools, and web analytics platforms.
  • Experience supporting demand generation campaigns, landing pages, and conversion-focused web experiences.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple requests, priorities, and stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and strong ownership of website accuracy, quality, and functionality.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing global or multilingual websites.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, and technical site audits.
  • Experience working with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, or Pardot.
  • Experience with web personalization, A/B testing, or conversion rate optimization.
  • Experience working with external web development agencies or offshore development teams.

•Website updates and launches are completed accurately and on time.
• Site health improves across broken links, page errors, speed, mobile usability, redirects, and accessibility.
• Web request process becomes more structured, visible, and scalable.
• Campaign landing pages are launched with correct tracking, forms, CTAs, and QA.
• Website conversion paths are easier to manage and improve.
• Internal stakeholders have more confidence in the website as a reliable demand generation asset.
