Role Summary
The Global SEO Manager will lead the organic search strategy for the global demand generation organization and broader company. This role will be responsible for increasing qualified organic traffic, improving search visibility, strengthening technical SEO, building content strategies that align to buyer intent, and enabling regional marketing teams to execute SEO best practices locally.
This person will own the global SEO roadmap, partner with content, web, product marketing, regional marketing, analytics, and demand generation teams, and ensure SEO is tied directly to pipeline, lead quality, and revenue impact.
The ideal candidate has a strong mix of technical SEO, content strategy, analytics, international SEO, and B2B demand generation experience.
Global SEO Strategy
• Own and lead the global SEO strategy across corporate, product, solution, industry, resource, and regional website pages.
• Build an SEO roadmap focused on qualified organic traffic, high-intent keyword growth, pipeline contribution, and improved search visibility.
• Identify opportunities to grow organic share of voice across core product categories, buyer pain points, industries, competitors, and solution areas.
• Partner with demand generation leadership to connect SEO priorities to campaign strategy, pipeline goals, and regional growth plans.
• Establish SEO priorities across technical SEO, content SEO, international SEO, conversion optimization, and reporting.
Technical SEO
• Lead technical SEO audits and partner with the Web Manager, developers, and agencies to resolve issues impacting crawlability, indexation, site speed, Core Web Vitals, schema, redirects, duplicate content, canonicalization, and internal linking.
• Monitor Google Search Console, SEO platforms, and site audit tools to identify risks and opportunities.
• Ensure new pages, migrations, redirects, localization efforts, and website updates follow SEO best practices.
• Partner with web and analytics teams to improve site architecture, URL structure, navigation, internal linking, and page performance.
Content SEO & Keyword Strategy
• Lead keyword research across priority markets, products, industries, buyer stages, and competitive categories.
• Build SEO content briefs for blogs, landing pages, solution pages, glossary pages, comparison pages, resource pages, and topic clusters.
• Partner with content and product marketing teams to create search-driven content that aligns to buyer intent and supports demand generation.
• Identify content gaps, refresh opportunities, consolidation needs, and opportunities to improve rankings for existing pages.
• Develop strategies for high-intent organic content that supports lead generation, conversion, and pipeline creation.
International & Regional SEO
• Support local regions with SEO strategy, keyword research, localization guidance, and regional content priorities.
• Partner with regional marketing teams to ensure local pages are optimized for market-specific search behavior, language, and buyer intent.
• Provide SEO guidance for translated and localized content, including hreflang, metadata, regional keyword targeting, and local search trends.
• Create scalable SEO playbooks and best practices for global and regional teams.
Reporting & Performance Management
• Own SEO reporting across rankings, traffic, impressions, clicks, CTR, conversions, lead quality, assisted pipeline, and content performance.
• Build regular reporting for marketing leadership, demand generation, content, web, and regional teams.
• Translate SEO performance into actionable business insights, not just traffic metrics.
• Track SEO impact across the funnel, including organic inquiries, AQLs, MQLs, pipeline influence, and conversion trends.
• Monitor algorithm updates, AI search changes, competitive movement, and SERP changes that may impact organic visibility.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner closely with the Web Manager to ensure website structure, technical health, and publishing workflows support SEO growth.
• Work with product marketing to align SEO content with positioning, messaging, solution narratives, and competitive differentiation.
• Work with campaign and demand generation teams to connect SEO content to broader campaigns and conversion paths.
• Partner with analytics and marketing operations to improve SEO attribution, tracking, and funnel visibility.
• Manage SEO agencies, freelancers, or external vendors as needed.

• Ability to translate SEO data into business recommendations for executives, regional teams, and cross-functional partners.
• Experience partnering with content, web, product marketing, demand generation, analytics, and regional marketing teams.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage global priorities across multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with global or multilingual SEO programs.
• Experience in enterprise B2B SaaS or long-cycle sales environments.
• Familiarity with AI search, Google AI Overviews, LLM visibility, and emerging organic discovery trends.
• Experience building SEO content programs tied to pipeline generation.

• Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and attribution systems such as Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Success Measures
