Senior UX Researcher
Location: India
Department: User Experience and Product Design
Reports To: VP, UX & Product Design

About the Role
JAGGAER is looking for an experienced Senior UX Researcher to champion the voice of the customer across our enterprise procurement platform. In this role, you will lead research initiatives that uncover user needs, validate product concepts, and generate actionable insights that influence product strategy and design decisions.

Working closely with Product Management, UX Design, Engineering, Customer Success, and other cross-functional partners, you will help ensure our products are intuitive, efficient, and grounded in real customer needs.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex enterprise UX challenges while helping build a mature research practice.

• Plan and conduct end-to-end UX research across the product development lifecycle, from discovery through validation.
• Execute qualitative and quantitative research including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, contextual inquiries, diary studies, and competitive analysis.
• Partner with Product Managers and UX Designers to identify research opportunities, validate hypotheses, and reduce product risk.
• Synthesize research findings into clear, actionable insights that influence product strategy, feature prioritization, and design direction.
• Develop research deliverables such as personas, journey maps, workflows, opportunity areas, and customer insights reports.
• Build and maintain a centralized research repository to improve knowledge sharing across teams.
• Present research findings to executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Advocate for customer-centered thinking and promote research best practices.
• Help establish scalable UX research processes, templates, and standards.

• 7+ years of UX research experience supporting enterprise SaaS or complex B2B software products.
• Deep expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Experience conducting moderated interviews, usability testing, generative research, and survey analysis.
• Strong analytical, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Experience working in Agile product development environments.
• Ability to influence product decisions through evidence-based research.
• Strong collaboration skills with Product, Design, Engineering, and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience researching procurement, supply chain, finance, ERP, or other enterprise workflows.
• Experience working with globally distributed product teams.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted research tools and research operations.
• Experience building or scaling a UX research practice.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HCI, Psychology, Human Factors, Anthropology, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
