The Customer Success Manager is a highly visible role, customer-facing role within JAGGAER’s Customer Operations group, supporting key strategic customers as a leading subject matter expert on JAGGAER products.
As Enterprise Applications manager you will help develop, design, customize, and maintain the company’s corporate applications and related systems inclusive of Salesforce, NetSuite, Marketplace, Concur and Financial Force. In this role you will assess system applications to ensure that they provide the best solutions for business operations, and you suggest changes or improvements. A large part of the role will be supporting you admin team by building business requirements for improvements to the applications while prioritizing their workload.
